Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976, in the US, is an actress. She is known for her role in soap operas such as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and also as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She played Daphne as a regular on her role in the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started her career as an educator within Maury County where she taught kindergarten and the first graders Reading. After marrying the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated in Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. The years 1999, 2000 and 2001, she completed her Masters of instruction in Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to instruct. In 2000, the couple adopted their youngest child Baylor. Ashley's focus over the last 15 years has been on growing children in her church and in the local community. She also serves as a volunteer in different roles. Ashley was an instructor within the Preschool as well as the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. As Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years in homeschooling. Ashley as well as her kids taught history to kindergarteners and the first graders in a homeschool tutorial. God told her that, while she was enjoying doing her homeschool and spending time with children, the family had to go back to a full-time school. Brent and Ashley have 5 children. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor who is a GCA grad attends UT Martin and plays baseball at the university. Callan also is a GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. It is a busy family that enjoys playing activities, fishing, and hunting together. Romans 8:28. We are aware that God is working constantly to help people who have been called to worship Him and follow his purposes.
