Josie Davis
Josie Davis was born in Hollywood, California. She is an actor and a writer. Davis started her career as a child actress in TV commercials. Davis was one of the series' regulars when she was still a toddler on the popular TV series, Charles In Charge. The show was the top-rated on the ratings for syndication. Josie was nominated 3 times and won the prestigious Teenage In Film Award in recognition of her role as Sarah Powell. Davis has become an adult has been featured in a variety of TV films as well as won Lifetime Movie Network two awards in recognition of his work. Davis trained with Paul E Richards intensively for nearly twenty years, despite the fact that she would have entered USC's prestigious Writing program. When she was twenty four, Davis auditioned for Hollywood heavyweights, Shelley Winters, Mark Rydell and Martin Landau. Davis did not have a lot of experience, having only attended one audition at the famed Actors Studio with privileges of being employed there, was granted a lifetime membership following an invitation to audition. Davis was among only two actors accepted in those auditions in the year that she was accepted out of over 1,000 actors.
